Registered Documented Information are marked, “Original Copy”, “Controlled Copy”, “Uncontrolled Copy”, “Obsolete Copy”, and “Certified Copy”. Official and physical copies of ISO documents are kept and maintained by the COSDD Document Controller. Copies that may be downloaded here are deemed Uncontrolled and may only be used as reference documents.
All QMS documents are properties of the National Housing Authority (NHA) and the contents are treated in strict confidentiality. Therefore, unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited, unless otherwise permitted by the NHA. All inquiries regarding these procedures shall be directed to the Management who is responsible for its control. Uncontrolled copy if printed. Discard properly after use.
